Role Description:
This role will be responsible for documenting biz requirements and
requires excellent English communication skills to discuss w/ biz and
tech stakeholders:
Serve has a lot of processes/functions the individual should have strong
self-initiatives toward understanding existing business
processes/functions at Serve and adaptability towards same to ensure
that they would know the stuff they are documenting around.
The BA should be tech oriented and know when in the lifecycle they get
in touch with the development at the time of requirement
gathering/documentation.
*Skills Required:*
Strong BA with demonstrated success with IT lifecycle projects
·Excellent English communication skills.
·Must be strong in use case diagrams, flowcharts, etc.
·Must have experience/understanding of TFS lifecycle
·They should have approach towards gathering/documenting requirements
for a new project vs. a PCR.
They should have be comfortable going through their samples of
requirement documentation with attention to clarity and certainty in
writing language.
