*Senior Quality Engineer - Performance*
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be part of the team to drive the
software quality and integration for an exceptional customer experience.
You will contribute to the design, development, and execution of testing
strategies to ensure that features under development are of highest
quality. The SW QE effort includes writing test plans, hands-on
functional testing, bug reporting/regression, maintaining test
guidelines, building automated test suites, project QE status reporting,
and creating tools to assist in validating application software.
Learning and building of skill-sets is highly encouraged and expected
for all team members.
*Responsibilities:*

Collaborate with product, development, and QA engineers to create
comprehensive test plans
*
Study new project design documents, maintain test guidelines. Create
innovative testing methods & test cases. Help create best in class
processes for SW QE
*
Drive implementation of new features and enhancements for our test
automation system, and help create innovative test tools
*
Build and monitor performance testing tools and processes
*
Create automated solutions and write automated tests for regular
performance measurement in test and production environments
*Requirements:*
*
7+ years of QE experience testing web application in Java environment
*
Experience in developing performance test scripts using proprietary
and standard tools
*
Experience with Web-services testing
*
Experience developing shell scripts in Unix or Linux platforms
*
Experience in designing and running stress, load, scalability and
performance tests on web applications and backend systems
*Pluses:*
*
Experience with tools such as Load Runner, JMeeter, TestNG, Ant,
junit, Nunit
*
Experience with Web2.0/3.0 technology -- Ajax controls and HTML5 objects
*
Experience in J2EE environments and agile development methodologies
