I am being told that if the candidates are coding with C# or .NET they are using Visual Studio which is a big plus. The expectation is that this candidate will hit the ground running with little training • Demonstrates ability to effectively apply quality control principles and theories. • Works as part of a cross-functional scrum team using Agile methodology to deliver software o Participate in sprint grooming o Participate in sprint planning o Accountable for project-related deliverables o Analyze and communicate test results to project team o Continuously improve the automation test process and tools o Work across projects to share expertise and build knowledge base • Use HP Quality Center or Microsoft Test Manager to create and manage automated/manual test cases and reports. • Experience writing SQL queries and insert/update statements and basic grasp of SQL or other relational databases. • At least two years of experience with developing automated testing using Quick Test Professional or Visual Studio. Experience with C#/.NET, a plus.
