**Network and Data Center Project Manager- *Lead and drive program
delivery from inception to completion.
Provide overall guidance and leadership to both project managers and
project team members.
Have practical experience and strength in overseeing, developing,
coaching, and retaining project managers and project team members by
empowering them to elevate their levels of responsibility,
span-of-control and performance.
Report status, and milestones to program management and executive
sponsors in a timely and appropriate nature.
*Key Skills/Experience Requirements:* Expert IT Program/Project Manager
with 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Proven track record for driving the delivery of $2M to $5M projects and
>$5M programs, with quality, on-time and on-budget.
Able to establish credibility and rapport with Senior Executives in IT
based on a firm grasp of the issue at hand and the program/project
management.
Self-manage with the ability to guide other less experienced individuals.
Excellent Vendor and Financial management skills and demonstrated
results are required.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
.
*Required: -* PMP Certification - Expert knowledge of MS Project is
required Desired: - Scrum and/or Agile experience is a strong plus -
Clarity experience is a plus Core Strengths Profile Leadership: -
Capable of inspiring confidence and communicate vision to senior
leadership - Ability to mentor PMs to ensure overall program delivery
Management: - Effectively plans for program activates through formal
project plans, agendas, meeting minutes, roles & responsibility
definition, and overall management of triple constraints - Instill a
sense of accountability among PM team members by modeling tight
oversight of individual and organization performance standards SME: -
End-to-end project management of large scale Data Center & Network
implementations - Working knowledge LAN, WAN, DNS, Routing, Firewalls,
Load Balancers, SAN, NAS and other technologies related to an Enterprise
Data Center environment
