Firewall Job Summary:* A Firewall support and deployment Engineer is required to join a team of technical staff who are responsible for the support and expansion of the Bank’s firewall infrastructure in the UK, Middle-East, South Africa, Russia and India. The group is responsible for the support services of existing connectivity through firewall infrastructure for 1. eCommerce services, 2. Market Data services, 3. Extranet client services 4. Equities applications, and Divestment, Outsourcing and Acquisition Projects New connectivity services and installation of new infrastructure are also managed within this team. Working in a banking environment is a nice to have as we would expect them to understand the change processes, exchange connections and type of environment. *Key Skills:* *Checkpoint:* Have a good understanding of CP SPLAT and Clustering, Log onto actual firewalls and understand process on the box, and the ability to provide 3rd level support via the CLI. Perform troubleshooting via gui and command line.
