Education - Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physical Sciences or equivalent. Experience - 2-5 years of experience. - Communication, organizational, and planning skills. - Relevant familiarity with software design and development. Other Qualities - Clear and effective verbal and written communications skills. - Rapidly grasps new technology and abstraction. - Strong interpersonal skills; capable of writing interacting with company personnel on complex topics; make presentations to an internal audience and interacting positively with senior management. - Adaptability between process and results. - Works effectively in a cross-functional organization. - Able and interested in keeping a balance between multiple perspectives: customer, business, technical and operations. - Exposure to large volumes of data and/or demanding transaction times. - Up to 25% travel.
