The client deployed Microsoft SCOM to monitor the hardware and database components within the Nuage environment. Along with the transition to the Nuage environment, all custom monitoring must be implemented using the SCOM custom development packs. SCOPE OF WORK Skill set to include: ** System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) ** Develop SCOM 2012 custom management packs ** Develop custom synthetic transactions to vendor application ** Develop custom SCOM dashboards to present system health ** Ability for monitoring to adjust between emergency (storm) and non-emergency mode (non-storm) Oracle Linux Windows 2008 Experience 5 - 7 years Work Site - ALLENTOWN The position may go longer-- but no guarantees.
