*Location : Pittsburg, PA* *Duration : 1+ years* ** ** ** ** *Mandatory Skills: Experience in Order Management, Retail, Web Methods required* ** ** **** Summary Description:**** ** ** The Lead Business Analyst is primarily responsible to act as a liaison between the Information Technology group and the Business Unit partners. This position represents the business perspective of a system development project. The Lead Business Analyst will work with the Business Units to: define business requirements, develop business processes, validate business processes against the system, organize and execute user testing and participate in end user training. The Business Analyst will become the “subject matter expert”, both from a business perspective and a system functionality perspective, for his/her defined area of the system(s). The Lead Business Analyst will own the functional requirements and sign off that the initial business requirements are being delivered with the end solution. **** ** ** Business Process Development:**** ** ** · Mediate and facilitate cross-functional business process design sessions. **** ** ** · Work autonomously to deliver business process flows and identify gaps in process against system requirements. **** ** ** · Define actual business problems that need to be addressed with business sponsors and determine functional alternatives and solutions.
