Respond to me with your updated resume. *Position: Program Manager Duration: ASAP – end of year will extend Location: Boston MUST BE LOCAL* As Manager of Program Management, you will manage engagements that encompass, strategy, user experience, creative concepting, detailed design , development and implementation. In this role you will encompass all facets of project management, client management and team leadership within a multidisciplinary, globally distributed work environment. The position requires the ability to engage with our client’s senior marketing, technical and executive management to assure that the solution we create addresses the client's business requirements. * PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Work with the project team members to establish project estimations and project schedules Oversee the development and tracking of integrated project plans. Establish and maintain processes to manage scope, risk and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the development of project deliverables in order to meet project objectives. Establish and maintain project communications and information systems. Set project quality and performance standards. Lead team of 15+ people and provide career development, direction and motivation to team. Ensure key project-wide roles and responsibilities are defined. Drive knowledge sharing and learning from project experiences. Manage peer-level client relationships as well as third-party partner and/or vendor relationships. Engage in business development activities. Provide day-to-day project contact for the client. Participate in recruitment and hiring activities as well as engage in training and internal initiatives. Contribute to the ongoing development of the program management domain and support knowledge sharing. *REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor’s degree Experience working in a consulting firm or client-facing role. Experience working with User Experience Design and Creative teams Deep understanding of the User Experience/Creative Design process Ability to advocate for the design process with the client from a peer to executive level position Proven team leadership experience leading diverse, globally distributed teams of 15+ people including managerial experience. Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and engineering components Proven ability to define, manage scope and build project schedules for approved scope. Client management experience with accountability for executive level client relationships. Broad experience of managing multiple full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery. Prior accountability for budget or client revenue. Experience using object oriented design and development methodologies; Agile, Scrum or Waterfall preferred. Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Visio. Excellent communication as well as presentation and facilitation skills.
