*QA Automation Lead Arlington, VA 12+ Months* The QA Automation Lead is responsible for creating, maintaining and continually improving the QA team’s test automation capabilities. This resource will lead a team of Test Analysts to develop and manage automated scripts, and will contribute to those same efforts. The QA Automation Lead will work with the QA Manager and QA Test Executors to identify opportunities for new automation and for enhancing existing automation. *Candidates must have four or more years in web based testing with heavy emphasis in all of the followingin order to be considered:* - Proficient in a variety of testing methodologies in automated and manual testing environments, with hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans - Experience with Test Manager, and Selenium is a Plus. - Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Prior experience communicating with technical and business teams for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues - Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments - Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - Demonstrated proficiency with automated testing tools *Education/Experience:* Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University and 6 or more years of experience in related Quality Assurance roles, with 2 or more years of them in a Quality Assurance leadership role (Lead or Manager) *Thanks & Regards,* *Chris* *[email protected]* *734-418-2444* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT RECURITER" group.
