We are looking for a *SQL Serve Developer* to support world's leader in
providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global
organizations client.

This is a *6 Months Contract *based in *Charlotte(NC)*

*JD for SQL - onsite position:*



*Specific Job Qualifications:*

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Engineering or other relevant subject area of concentration.

·         5-8 years' direct relevant work experience working as an analyst
with both heavy SQL Developer and Excel Reporting experience

·         Technical expertise with past work examples using T-SQL Server
2012 SSMS, Visual Studio Integrated Services (SSIS), and Excel Pivot Tables
is a must

·         Experience creating SQL
databases/tables/views/procedures/CTEs/dynamic SQL working in a data
warehouse environment to meet optimized data capture & data reporting
requirements

·         Experience using Microsoft Integration Services (SSIS) via Visual
Studio in order to build enterprise-level data integration and data
transformations solutions

·         Experience creating SQL Server/DB to Excel "data connections"

·         Experience building advanced Excel pivot reports, and effectively
visually displaying and summarizing Excel data results via Excel charts

·         Ability to look at queries and stored procedures, build
functions, manipulate data, identify critical information, analyze, develop
hypotheses and make recommendations to meet the needs of various end users

·         Ability to effectively network, cooperate, intake others
ideas/thoughts, and utilize internal and external resources without
allowing personality conflicts to interfere with progress

·         Must be flexible, adaptable and resourceful and be comfortable
working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

·         Strong effective verbal and written communication skills in order
to express thoughts/ideas/concepts

·         Basic to moderate understanding of statistical analysis tools and
concepts to include measurement of central tendency, measurement of
variation, confidence limits, standard error, normal and right tailed
distributions, control charts, multiple regression analysis, and other
correlation analysis.

·         Ability to handle and secure corporate sensitive confidential
data and secure it at the appropriate "need to know" level

·         Past work experience in a corporate environment effectively using
Microsoft communication tools to include MS Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar
(for daily meeting coordination), and Lync (for rapid contact/coordination)

·         Basic working knowledge of other Microsoft office products to
include SharePoint for team sites, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio

·         Some SQL Server Administrator skills and knowledge is needed in
order to possibly load SQL Server and administer SQL Server user
rights/permissions, but this will be minimal since a separate IT Team will
host and maintain the server(s) used on the corporate network

·         Must have the ability to potentially travel to designated team
meeting locations (possibly up to 5% of work time) when given ample notice

·         Advanced experience developing custom solutions using SQL
Reporting Services (SSRS)

·         Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, or related
certification(s)

·         Experience with Mini Tab (or equivalent statistical software
application)
