*Duration: 6months * *Short Description:* The Specialist is the expert in Blackberry Services within a Microsoft Exchange 2010 Architecture. *Complete Description:* The project involves the migration of various messaging platforms such as Novell, Group Wise and older Microsoft versions as well as mail relay protocols such as SMTP, MAPI and Blackberry Services to Microsoft Exchange 2010 to consolidate the State's email messaging system to a new enterprise infrastructure. The Product Specialist is the expert in Blackberry Services within a Microsoft Exchange 2010 Architecture. The primary responsibility of a Product Specialist is to deploy a Blackberry solution across a large, distributed environment including configuration, support and maintenance. As part of the team, the Product Specialist will assist in the successful migration of users to the new infrastructure. The Product Specialist requires significant to expert experience and skills in the core Windows technologies (GPO, CIFS and ADFS) and how it affects/interacts with VES within the enterprise. The Product Specialist will usually also have significant experience of BES core integration technologies. The Product Specialist should have strong communication and customer service skills, ability to interface with vendors, strong analytical and problem solving skills. The Product Specialist will be expected to write technical and operational management documentation. Years of Relevant Experience: 5 years Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study. Understanding of network concepts, protocols. Technical understanding of BES core integration infrastructure technologies Strong communication, analytical, customer service, problem solving skills.
