Position: Salesforce Project Manager Location: Multiple Locations in CA Type: Contract
Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience. 8+ years of demonstrated leadership and business acumen implementing enterprise-wide applications, 3+ years with CRM solutions. 3+ years of demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule. 3+ years core competency with data integration, data management, or data quality focused projects. Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates. Demonstrated project management skills with teams of 5+ people. Experience and expertise managing geographically dispersed teams, including across different time zones and cultural backgrounds. Demonstrated history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget. Demonstrated understanding of data management and data integration best practices, patterns, project risk and mitigation techniques. Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, and ability to present to technical and business audiences. Ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings, mentoring teams of junior team members and effectively managing client escalations. Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure. Must be able to travel up to 50% Desired Skills/Experience: PMP Certification. Agile/Scrum Master experience preferred. Experience with business process expertise around Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or Vertical (i.e. Financial, Life Sciences, or Semi-Conductor) Salesforce.com certifications (ADM-201, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) 2+ years experience with Salesforce.com configuration and custom development.
