*Position Title: Senior QA* *Location: Alpharetta, Ga. 30005* *Duration: 1 year with strong possibility for extension for up to 2 years* *Interview: Phone then Skype* * Here is what the client wants:* - *BPT Framework (experience with BPT Component Development) – MUST HAVE* - *VB Scripting (other scripting languages are fine but VB Scripting is preferred- any kind of scripting is ok* - *Quality Center and UFT (Unified Functional Tester), or ALM.* - *Agile Methodology experience* *Job Description*: The Automation testing team provides Quality Assurance for the WFN (WorkForce Now customer application). The company is behind in automation and they are building a team to work on the backlog to get things automated. They have BPT Framework and HP automated testing tools. They use HP test product for Business Process Testing and Application Lifecycle Management (“ALM”). They use QTP, which is now referred to as Unified Functional Tester (UFT). Person will define and execute test cases against a major software release for web based WFN 8.0 application. Tester will focus primarily on development of automation using BPT process. *-Senior level tester preferred.* -5+ years of experience manual testing on web based applications and 3+ years experience automation QTP – BPT process which includes Component and BPT development. -2+ years of experience with VB Scripting and/or other scripting languages. -2+ years of experience Quality Center/ALM. -3+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. -Solid to strong experience writing SQL queries is a plus. *Daily Responsibilities:* -Work within Scrum team to identify automation strategy and execution plan. -Build Components and BPT’s for identified test cases. -Utilize requirements, design documents and test plans to execute manual test cases.
