Work with QA and Production support team in analyzing and resolving production issues and defects. Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (Agile/Scrum), including meetings, iterative development, estimations and design sessions Work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Operations, and Quality Assurance Engineers in a collaborative environment to provide quality software and solutions. Identify the need for performance testing early in a project and identify the potential performance impact caused by the new features in the project. Work cross-functionally with other department leads to ensure communication and maximum efficiency. Lead medium to large-sized development projects that follow an Agile/Scrum methodology. 8+ years hands on experience on server-side Java/Java EE development experience.
