Payroll is a key competency that needs to be reflected on the resume. This position will need to be very self-sufficient, so having this base knowledge is very important. Working production support tickets, researching and resolving issues. Supporting US & Canada payroll, time & attendance system questions in PEOPLESOFT. Provides technical and business knowledge to clients. Keeps abreast of technological and competitive developments. Primary responsibility will be supporting questions around CORE PEOPLESOFT HR production issues. This person will act as a business analyst and work closely with the HRIS team, Payroll team, regulatory consultants, as well as members of the IT development team. This person needs to have experience building both system and technical test plans, interpreting regulatory requirements (US & UK), as well systems experience with PeopleSoft 9.1.
