Ability to interact with cross functional team to understand Requirements, Develop Test Strategy, Test Plan and guide a team of Test Engineers. Should have experience of testing Medical Devices. Exposure to Hardware test tools is a plus. Ability to participate in technical discussions, take ownership of software components for complete end-to-end testing.
