Strong experience on People Code, SQR, Application Engine, PS Security, PS Query and Batch Scheduling with well versed in Tracing and Debugging performance issues with PS SQL queries Experience Required Should have functional understanding of Financial Modules (Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Project Costing, Purchasing, and Maintenance Management). ü Should have working Knowledge of Financial related business processes. ü Should have proven ability to access and analyze enhancement requests. ü Should have be a Critical-thinker with analytical skills; ü Should have proven history of exceptional customer service; ü Should have advanced level of communications and organizational skills. ü Should have through knowledge of different People Tools Objects not limited to • Integration Tools including Integration Broker, Component Interfaces • REST based Web Services • Batch Processing Tools including Application Engine, SQR • Reporting Tools including SQR, and XML Publisher • PeopleCode, Application Packages ü Should understand a wide range health care processes and business expertise including knowledge of healthcare issues, workflows, applications, policies, and standards. ü Should be comfortable working with Solution Architects to understand Design and suggest best technical solution possible and assist testing teams on as need basis. ü 2+ years of experience in healthcare industry (Highly Desirable) *Roles & Responsibilities:* • Work on enhancements related to Financial Modules. • As a Senior Developer he/she will work with different teams to understand Requirements, Solution Design and scope of testing. • Follow SDLC methodology while working on development projects. • Provide recommendations around functional design and configurations • Participate in Technical Design, and support junior developers by helping them understand Financial Modules. • Provide input and recommendations to development lead, Solution Architect, Release Manager, and Project Manager to improve the quality and assurance of the solution being developed Generic Managerial/Soft Skills • Able to plan/track tasks/activities / co ordinate and report on periodical basis to TCS and customer management • Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day to day basis on deliverables and customer interaction on need basis • Good in problem approaching with innovate thinking and able to approach / addressing the problems with process / people and ensuring review effectiveness on regular basis is must *Thanks & Warm Regards,* *AMIT BAJPAI,* *United Software Group Inc.* <http://www.usgrpinc.com/images/usg_logo.jpg> * 565 Metro Place S.
