*Title : Senior SAP- ABAP Developer (IT Transition Supervising Associate)* *Location : Alpharetta, GA* *Duration : 6+ Months Contract* *Job Summary:* The SAP technical integration Transition supervisingAssociate is responsible for the SAP integrationdevelopment- SAP ABAP development transition activities related to Project Mercury application solution projects. The main activities are - detailed review and assistance on transition of SAP ABAP developments from development to test, move to production and support of IT solutions affected by the MercuryProgram to the Operational support functions that will support the solution through business as usual (BAU) support. This role will deliver against the transition and SAP production support scope and plan for the MercuryProgram, a program which is delivering global extended service offerings for EY end users through the implementation of SAP. As a senior SAP- ABAP developer, will Support theTransition phase of WRICEF objects and Interfaces and all system based integrations for Mercury solution from Development to test andproject go-live and steady state support. To Work under the abled guidance of Technical integration manager forhyper care and steady state support..Be part of SAP center of excellence in SAP production support for root cause analysis and technical break fix and process. Work with Business and Application support vendors for new design and issue resolution process. Essential Functions of the Job: · Responsible for planning and overseeing the transition of key WRICEF development and testing objects and information necessary for the support, operation and acceptance of solutions deployed into production. This includes documentation review and assessment for WRICEF objects on Solution manager for interfaces and other Business process documents. Batch schedule management, Integration operational readiness, Integration Knowledge Transfer review andacceptance, support documentation and acceptance checklists. · Ensures WRICEF development transition planis supported and executed to schedule and milestones · Deliver against the Technical integrationtransition plans including infrastructure/application support models, change management, learning & communication deliverables · Contribute to the business readiness plan, taking into consideration deployment, data migration, coexistence, capability deployment (training and engagement activities) and any business activities required to integrate new processes or jobs into the 'business as usual' environment · Monitor the effectiveness of installations and ensures that appropriate recommendations for change are made · Access, analyze, develop, and document project changes based on requests for change with support from the project delivery team. · Work closely with: Mercury Transition Lead to establish end-to-end project plan and approach and identify risks/issues Mercury Technical Integration Manager on day to day task and overall transition of integrations Mercury Program Team to understand technical architecture, constraints, and needs as per the programs phased approach. Business and IT partners on release scheduling and communication of progress Operations managers to achieve successful transition of project deliverables into Production support Communications and change management resources within EY Global Services Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills More than 8 Plus Years SAP ECC, CRM and SRM PI/POtechnical experience, Hando on Skills, Knowledge in SAP application development in FICO, MM and SD modules& Expertise of SAP Application production Support or Development coordination with global delivery centers and sufficient experience in cross domain SAP applications in for various sectors. SAP Application Developer withhand on experience is a must. This is a hand'son SAP ABAP experienced developer role. Knowledge of debugging and error handling of interfaces, monitoring and root cause analysis of production issues, provide support for SAP events and fix the technical issues on incidents on production SAP systems. Knowledge of SAP ECC CRM SRM development cycle and objects from requirements gathering to development, testing and promote to production. Experience in Global delivery model. SAP Application Support Experience SAP solution manager Knowledge is a must. SAP PI/PO development experience for integration is a plus SAP CRM integration development experience is a plus SAP SRM integration development experience is a plus SAP MDM integration development experience is a plus SAP cross application expertise Knowledge and experience of deliverables management. Sufficient and proven experience in designing/supporting cross functional SAP applications. SAP ABAP subject matter expert ,knowledge on development and management Interfaces,ALE/IDOC, BADI, BAPI and usual ABAP WRICEF. Very good understanding of the customer strategy, services and business processes Ability to work and team effectively with IT Services groups and other management personnel including on a global, virtual basis Knowledge of service transition methodology, tools and templates Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises Design of interface for customer enhanced objects (not SAP Standard) * Master data exchange in both direction * Design monitoring concept for error handling * Support field mapping * Challenging business requirements * Preparation and Execution of unit tests * Handover of interface design to offshore developers 2.
