*Role: Technology Manager (Financial Domain)* * Location: St. Louis ,MO* *Duration: Long Term Contract* Basic Qualifications 10+ years related-technology and/or related-business line experience that includes 5+ years management experience. Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of contacts, primarily senior management. Additional Minimum Quals 10+ years related-technology and/or related-business line experience that includes 5+ years management experience Technical fluency & ability to code in multiple languages such as c#, java, C/C++, objective C etc Experience in developing highly performant web applications Experience with building messaging based systems and development frameworks Have deep understanding of architectural patterns and their practical application Experience developing and supporting trading systems Demonstrated leadership ability to effectively guide and mentor the team to higher technical standards Demonstrated people management skills Excellent communication, relationship building and client partnering skills required.
