*Role: Senior Oracle DBA / Developer (DBA with PL/SQL Development Exp) * *Location: Germantown, MD* *Duration: Long term Contract* *Job Summary:* This position requires an excellent knowledge of relational databases including production DBA, database design and database programming skills are required. Oracle 11g or 12c is required and SQL Server skills are preferable. The candidate must have strong SQL, PL/SQL, and programming language skills along with a Linux/Unix scripting background. Candidates must have knowledge of Oracle components and administration including installation, creating and managing instances. Prior experience with Oracle administration and performance tuning is required. Prior experience in migrating data to Oracle databases and working with Enterprise applications including Siebel and Oracle Financials is preferred. ETL skills with Informatica, data stage or ODI would also be an advantage.
