Configure and set up SharePoint Server, with the underlying configuration and content databases and deployment of SharePoint portals 2. Develop custom web parts using the Server Object Model or Web Services 3. Integrate enterprise content with SharePoint, including content management, content indexing, personalization, workflow, and user access management 4. Actively analyze and verify complex technical components of the SharePoint architecture; provide specific recommendations to guide development planning on future upgrades and maintenance 5. Design, develop, and support all database solutions, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and schemes 6. Provide technical guidance and leadership on SharePoint implementations, administration, deployments, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and stress testing 7. Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, plan, and repair performance and scalability issues in the development lifecycle to sustain growth and maintain strong performance 8. Research and evaluate new features, technologies, and current trends to support both tactical and strategic development initiatives 9. Develop and integrate new features and functionality, or develop enhancements to existing application functionality Required Skills: 1. Professional standards-based web development experience using ASP.Net, C#, HTML, CSS, CAML, JavaScript/Jquery, ASP.Net AJAX, AJAX SharePoint Toolkit, and Silverlight 2. Deep ASP.NET development experience with regard to SharePoint, including MasterPages, Application pages, and Site Page development 3. SharePoint interaction experience with ISA servers or related security/web devices, including load balancing and SSL technology 4. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010/MOSS 2007 development, including feature/solution packaging; extensive understanding of CAML 5. Good working knowledge of VS 2008, and .NET 3.5 to .NET 4.0 framework 6. Experience with implementing SQL Server Reporting Services with SharePoint integrated mode 7. Experience developing SharePoint Server controls 8.
