*Role: User Experience Architect* *Location: Jersey city NJ * *Duration: 6+ month contract* Responsibilities: * As assigned, assume UX leadership within project teams * Effectively communicate and collaborate with business, senior executives, project managers, design and technology teams and other stakeholder teams to envision, define, design and deliver UX projects * Recommend strategically sound UX solutions to meet client's business needs taking into account end user experience. * Ability to articulate design solutions tobusiness, technical and creative teams * Strong ability to analyze critical scenarios and creative thinking to deliver solid end to end UI solutions * Conduct UX research, Expert review, usability testing * Provide consultation to visual designers and developers to ensure UX is executed and implemented as planned * Provide consultation to project teams on interaction approach, usability, information architecture and navigation * Assist in UX sales and presales activities, making presentations to clients * Conduct team knowledge sharing sessions * Effectively represent UX in one-on-one and small group situations to clients, agency employees, and vendors * Apply, evangelize, and train team members in best practices for user-centered design and user research * Stay current with core UX design/technology trends, capabilities, and limitations Exposure: * All UX activities - User Research, Information Architecture, Wireframing, UI documentation, Personas, User Journeys, task flows, prototyping, taxonomy, content inventories, content maps, user testing * Pitch documentation, such as presentation slides, competitive research, and strategic recommendations Requirements * Experience in client facing onsite/offshore, multi domain projects (web, mobile) * Ability to understand customer needs, motivations and behaviours and translate them into meaningfuluser experiences * Experience performing stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering and user research, user testing. * Knowledge of Web standards, Mobile Device standards & guidelines, accessibility, technologies, and terminology * Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design principles * Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills, with attention to detail * Ability to Fulfill, Facilitate, or Lead any or all UX/IA duties on a given project * 5+ years of experience in UX * Bachelor's degree with relevant specialization. *Thanks & Regards,* *Deepak,* *Ventures Unlimited Inc.* *Tel: 856-842-1988 Ext-124 * *Email: **[email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IT RECURITER" group.
