Defining and presentation of business cases • Vast experience in a wide variety of testing methodology, techniques and tools (SDLC, Agile methodology) • Experience in working with test management tools like HPQC, Jira etc. • Good to have current or previous development / coding experience • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills • Must Possess people management skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills, planning and management skills. • Knowledge in Agile testing concepts and experience is preferred. • To prepare project plan and test strategy for development, integrations and data migration needs, generate and communicate the testing status to all the stake holders, plan for tools and automation needs.
