· Good in preparing performance test plans
· Hands on experience in preparing performance test scripts using*
JMeter *
· Good knowledge in preparing work load model for different
concurrent users test runs
· Good exposure in handling the performance Scenario with
desired Load
· Good experience in preparing the overview and detailed
performance test report
· Need good knowledge with system performance monitoring tools
such as perfmon and should be able to analyses the logs and provide inputs
to development team
· Needs to have some knowledge on *SQL server*
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Good coordination skills , while working with off-shore team
