Adept at writing test scenarios, stake holder and gap analysis, test
execution, Business analysis, and issue/bug tracking Workday implementation
experience needed.

The Workday Quality team is seeking experienced test leads who are
passionate about quality and technology; people who want to work with
up-to-date tool sets and modern testing methodologies. We are looking for
someone to help drive the strategy and delivery for the testing phase of
the Workday implementation.

·  Over 3 years of experience as a Test Lead/Manager
for Workday implementations which includesWorkday HCM, CoreHR, Recruiting,
Talent, Rewards, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, and Payroll.

·  Over 6 years of experience testing SAP 4.6B, Peoplesoft (HR/Payroll),
and Oracle eBusiness.

Experience in Testing Big Data , Internet of Things, Machine Learning,
Cloud Initiatives



*Responsibilities:*

·  one of leads on a team to develop and maintain test automation for
capabilities of Workday Payroll

·  Understanding of scenario based testing (happy & negative path)

·  Adept at writing test plans and strategy, requirements traceability
matrix

·  HPQC Issues/bugs tracking

·  Set priorities for team and assign resources

·  Provide regular status against team’s test progress

·  Contribute to process improvement and establishing best practices for QA
and automation strategies

·  Interact effectively with other teams, including Product Management and
Development

·  Actively participate in talent acquisition and on-boarding

·  Mentor team members, including assisting with automation best practices,
career growth and personal development



*Job Requirements:*

·  Over 3 years of experience as a Test Lead for Workday implementations
which includes WorkdayHCM, CoreHR, Recruiting, Talent, Rewards, Benefits,
Absence,

·  Test Lead for conversion of HR, benefits, compensation and payroll
information from various sources into the new Workday platform.

·  Experience designing test plans, estimate, and test strategies which
include approach, scope, entrance/exit criteria, risk, QA estimates,
resources, and defect triage.

·  Experience in tracking and monitoring Workday testing, activities,
milestones, timelines, and deliverables of staff members to ensure that all
project-related tasks were performed.

·  Lead testing experience of Workday HCM which included: Business
Processes, Role/Security, EIBs/Inboud/Outboud Files, iLoad process, and
Reporting experience.

·  Experience monitoring programs and project budgets, activities,
milestones, roadmaps and funding.

·  Lead testing experience which included functional, SIT, smoke, parallel,
regression, and user acceptance testing.

·  Experience developing program test plan, coordinating across all testing
needs (upgrades, interfaces, market deployments, etc.).
