Please send resume to [email protected] *Role: Siteminder Admin* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Duration: Long Term* *Description: * As a member of the Enterprise Collaboration Services Team, this position has primary responsibility for administering enterprise authentication and mobility services. Regarding these services, this position is responsible for configuration, validation, troubleshooting / incident resolution and fulfilling service requests. Authentication technologies include Microsoft AD / ADFS and CA Siteminder while Mobile technologies include Good For Enterprise and Microsoft mobile platforms. This position has frequent interaction with third-party technology vendors and internal IT customers. This position is further expected to maintain current process / technology documentation and to mentor others on their team. *Key Responsibilities:* • Support Enterprise Authentication and Mobile Services, serving as an escalation point for day-to-day activities, understanding and communicating priorities and providing work estimates for project and business improvements. • Ensure authentication and mobile services availability, performance, and supportability can meet application and architectural requirements.
