Monitors security services to ensure health of the environment. Reviews usage trending information and ensures appropriate capacity for optimal service performance. Recommends architectural improvements to accommodate changes in capacity demand and to ensure service resiliency. Works in conjunction with technical counterparts to remediate audit and security findings. Performs packet captures and analysis in support of application & user troubleshooting, and identification of access requirements.
