*We have an urgent requirement as follows:* *Role: Software Developer Specialist - Senior Java Developer* *Duration:** Long Term Engagement* *Level of Effort:* * Full-time / 40 – 50 hours per week. Location: Reston, VA* This role requires a Client Public Trust clearance for which the individual must have lived in the US 3 of the last 5 years. All candidates must be local to Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and commuting expenses will not be reimbursed. *Role Description:* This is a high-priority, long-term role requiring the resource to: - Work closely with development teams to create performance testing plans and load profiles. - Determine data needs for testing in a specific environment. - Execute testing according to the plan and monitor/analyze executions. - Work with production operations team to analyze and debug prod level defects or incidents. · Report weekly status to the team. *Required Skills**:* - Software - (P2 - Proficient) - Scala (P0 - Trained) - Testing (P2 - Proficient) *All candidates should have:* · Proven ability to work independently and as a team member · Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills · Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills · Eligibility to receive Federal Public Trust clearance · Established residency in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. · Candidates must be local to the Washington, D.C.
