Ideally the PM has experience with CBX and if that can’t be found, Product Sourcing Mgmt experience such as FieldGlass/Aruba (SAP Hana solution) is transferrable. We have a partner PM with CBX who is driving tech stuff so this PM won’t be alone. *SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED:* · *Project Delivery:* Project leadership contribution leveraging IS PMO method to ensure successful program outcomes that meet business results for Program/Project delivery. Work may include: o Master Program Project Plan of high level milestones / critical path in Jira or MS Project. o Lead team in two week planning cycles to manage successful focused deliverables and risks proactively. o Facilitate established IS PMO change control process for scope management o Leverage existing budget reporting to prepare IS Directors responsible for Program budget for reporting out to PLT. o Project management related activities for team’s success. o Engagement with vendor partner delivering core SaaS technology solution. o Capture of Phase 2 scope of additional CBX functionality and system integration in partnership with project team and IS Enterprise Architect subject to staff availability in Phase 1 timeline. · *Change Management:* Collaborate with Business, Analysis and vendor partner to plan and drive Change Management to support technical adoption. · *Release Management*: Engage with Release Management team to ensure successful quality release in partnership with vendor partner and IS Analyst. · *Process Practices:* Foster team understanding and adoption of IS PMO practices.
