Thanks!!* *Please send me your profiles to [email protected] <[email protected]> * *Title: **CA PPM* *Product Architect* *Location: Pittsburgh, PADuration: 6+ months* The CA PPM Product Architect Contractor is a key leadership position within the Run The Bank team; this role will partner with the operational run team to ensure product operational stability and ongoing functionality of version 14.3, providing guidance on the product's architectural approach in alignment with PNC standards. Expert knowledge in CA PPM migrations from 13.3 to 14.3 is essential. This position will function as the lead responsible for CA PPM version 14.3 operational stability and functionality resolving high priority incidents as needed, making recommendations for continuous functionality based improvements where applicable. This position will mentor and train existing staff on supporting the newly migrated product in addition to newly introduced data warehouse and jaspersoft reporting components. Responsibilities also include assessment and recommendations of potential configuration changes based on incident reporting, volume of change requests and ad-hoc work streams monitored through work requests. Work with the operational support team to ensure Product best practices are in process, environment assessments and recommendations for improvements. *Required Skills* Extensive knowledge of CA PPM v14.3, Oracle, Data Warehousing 14.3 patch level 7, Jaspersoft 14.3 Patch 6.1.0_5.1.0.3.4, Windows and Linux platforms. Extensive experience with CA PPM v13.3 to v14.3 migrations.
