Detroit, MI 6+ Month Contract The Citrix Engineer ensures the reliability and stability of assigned platforms and applications. Completes technical tasks (complex and otherwise), leads technical efforts, troubleshoots issues, and researches new methods and systems to support the Complete Description: The Citrix Engineer ensures the reliability and stability of assigned platforms and applications. Completes technical tasks (complex and otherwise), leads technical efforts, troubleshoots issues, and researches new methods and systems to support the Citrix experience at DTE. Responsibilities: • Responsible for working with multiple teams to support existing Citrix environments. • Perform, test, and oversee upgrades/migrations to new Citrix platforms. • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution to Citrix issues. • Provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer to Level 1 and 2 Endpoint staff.
