The project exists to improve customer engagement. Currently, if customers need assistance with their phones/service, they are calling into the call center, going into a store, etc. With the new platform, customers will receive customized videos coming via email that show the customer their order status, how to set up their new device and activate it, etc. When use cases come in, the roles will be working with the business to understand the initial problems. Will be creating story boards, deciding what graphics should be used, what content should be included, etc. Will be designing the screens, graphics, HTML content, and working with Adobe. Must have a strong understanding of requirements and have experience dealing with raw design content.
