*Job Role: Senior Project Manager Location: Minnetonka, MN (Only Locals)Duration: 6Months - Long-term* *Job Description: * Provide training to the team on the agile process; continue training during the project execution related to continuous improvement on velocity, quality, processes etc. Work as an advisor helping the team adapt the agile methodology to their environment Act as an effective change agent : painting a picture of how the Agile world works by telling stories and providing explanation Good Experience in health care (focus on claims, eligibility, quality care analysis) Experience leading projects (ensuring deliverable quality, tracking progress, reporting status) Agile/ Scaled Agile experience strongly preferred Experience managing team direction, resolving problems, and providing guidance to team members (approximately 6-10 direct reports with additional indirect reports) Experience with talent acquisition, performance management, development planning, training/curriculum design, and talent management Agile/Scaled Agile experience preferred.
