Strong Cisco UC hands on experience
Some Cisco Contact Center Enterprise scripting knowledge

*Some travel within the US may be required, but this would be the
exception, not the rule*-          System Administration of Cisco Unified
Communications and UCCE B36Environment
-          System provisioning, maintenance and upgrades
-          User and phone provisioning
-          Dial Plan management
-          Technical Escalation
-          System troubleshooting
-          End-user support
Requirements
-          5 + years’ experience with Cisco Unified Communications products
-          Hands-on configuration experience with Cisco UC products
-          Dial Plan configuration
-          Cisco Unified Communications Manager
-          Cisco Voice Gateways
-          Cisco endpoints (IP phones and soft endpoints)
-          Voicemail
-          Cisco UCCE scripting experience required
-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-          Excellent customer relationship skills
-          Cisco CCVP or CCNP-Voice desired
