If you have any questions, please let me know. *Need Locals* *Job Description:* Core Role: Develop compelling, interactive, and visually appealing graphics visualizations of complex data and facilitate the presentation in the most effective solution using MicroStrategy Reports and MicroStrategy Visual Insights. These data solutions will assist Leadership in assessing the overall health of the business and in making more informed decisions. The position requires an individual who is creative, self-starter, a critical thinker and has an ability to take complex situations or problems and translate them into a solution that drives efficiency, self-service and a high level of business insight. Individual should be eager to learn new concepts, be motivated to work independently and able to collaborate well with others. Individual should be able to adjust well to shifting priorities and be able to meet competing demands on their time. *Position Responsibilities:* · Create, test, maintain and/or document solutions comprising of MicroStrategy Reports and MicroStrategy/Visual Insights Dashboard or applications (including, but not limited to metrics, filters, templates and prompts), as well as custom SQL reports. · Develop a wide portfolio of reports and dashboards that will support multiple business partners throughout the organization. · Provide intelligence on the capabilities and functionalities of MicroStrategy Visual Insights and identify the optimal data solution. · Ability to work with little or no documentation and ability to reverse engineer the existing MicroStrategy report builder structures. · Facilitate requirements gathering and discovery sessions from business leads. · Design and build internal performance dashboards/reporting, across all areas of the business, with an emphasis on a Leadership Level performance suite. · Collaborate with IT development and user experience teams on the design and presentation of data and analytics for IT based solutions. · Coordinate UAT sessions with business partners. · Take large amounts of complex data and simplify for a general audience. *Position Requirements:* · Bachelor degree in a quantitative discipline, (Computer Science, or Engineering). MS in a quantitative discipline highly preferred. · 3+ years of demonstrated capability on Microstrategy reporting and Dashboarding. 2+ year experience with Tableau is a nice to have. · Must have solid experience in MicroStrategy Visual Insights report builder and Dashboard creation. · Solid experience in Business Intelligence domain and solutions is a must. · Most have solid knowledge of SQL.
