JIRA *D2D*: This Application Support Engineer will be the founding member of the Financial Services Support team for a Retail Client. S/he will be the liaison between the SAP development team and SAP power users to support Tier 3 issues (user set ups, interfaces, etc.). Candidate will monitor all jobs, report if/when they fail, open incident reports and conference bridges to resolve issues, and attend regular status meetings. S/he will create tickets in JIRA and ServiceNow. This is a functional role (not technical) and Candidate must have strong, comprehensive understanding of SAP financial modules.
