*QA Lead*
Philadelphia, PA Locals 12 Months Group: Same group, want a QA Lead and there are already 3 QA testers on the team. Role: Want someone to oversee and provide best practices for group, metrics, reporting and help standardize procedures. Person should be able to multitask, communicate well, and provide guidance and mentorship to other QAs. Want someone who is already a QA lead working with multiple projects and team members. Would consider someone with networking experience but focus is on testing. Role will initially be testing so they can understand the work, but then move into more of a leadership role (50/50, with a 3-month timeframe for that to happen).
