3 years test planning and execution (e.g., functional, regression,
performance).
2 year automated testing and administration of Automations Tools.
3 years experience in Client ALM / Quality Center.
Programming Skills such as SQL, REST API, VXML, SOAP UI, Visual Basic or
other scripting methods.

*Desired: *Cyaratest tools such as Replay, Crawler, Virtual Agent.
*Desired Experienced: *CISCO Voice platform- UCC (contact center) , CVP
(Voice Portal) , ICM , CTI (Agent Desktop).
*Desired: *basic understanding of Nuance Speech systems such as Speech IVR,
Self-Service messaging, VINLU (Caller Identification and Authentication).
