Managing inventory of SSL certificates in Test, Stage and Production environments. • Must possess a working knowledge of Windows, Unix, Linux, Solaris OS for the Webmethods environment. • Optimization and Performance tuning of Webmethods platform. • Interface with GE’s infrastructure suppliers (Corporate or third party) as required, for infrastructure issues/needs, relating to cases & or applications in scope. • Problem Management: Track, record, and process all recurring tickets against the CI. • Support Tech Stack upgrades for Webmethods, patching at platform level. Execute and support any activities required for this purpose. • Also, make recommendations on Platforms where patches are required. • Ability to write Queries. Shell scripting. Knowledge of various Monitoring techniques and methodologies will be a plus. • Monitor the performance of Webmethods Integration servers, Broker, MWS and ensure that they are available and operational on a 24x7 basis routine. Maintenance of the Webmethods environment. • Corrective maintenance, including investigation, fault finding and reporting. • Disaster Recovery testing and support. • Host CCB meetings for change management on Production. • Ready to work in 24*7 support environment.
