As a Scrum Master you will work with your product team to develop customer-centric digital software products from idea to production. This is a fast-paced environment providing rapid delivery for our business partners. In this role, you would: • Be a part of an Agile team delivering solutions to millions of customers on a daily basis. • Collaborate and solve problems together with peear Scrum Masters and development teams, and be eager to share your expertise. • Our customer-centric approach is a cornerstone of our methodology and we need refreshing and sometimes disruptive new ways to best serve them. • Develop effective, quality source code that satisfies customer needs with an exceptional experience • Guide the scrum team on organization on how to use scrum and Agile practices and methodology • Oversee scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaption • Lead daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement.
