*Only Local to MN* *metro Minneapolis area / senior java web developer * *Phone and In person* This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a multi-channel Healthcare Personalization and Campaign Management system. The ideal candidate will have web application development experience using Java 8, Spring frameworks, REST/SOAP, JavaScript, and Oracle SQL. *The candidate must also have rules engine- based development experience using the Drools rules engine*. Required qualifications: •Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience •4+ years implementing in a Java/J2EE environment with a strong emphasis on web applications •2+ years Drools development experience •Applied Services Oriented Architecture, leveraging concepts of an Enterprise Services Bus, Message Queuing, Service Registry, and Gateway Services •Demonstrated ability with Oracle (PL/SQL, Stored Packages/Procedures development, SQL) •Demonstrated ability with modern browser technologies including JavaScript, CSS •Demonstrated ability with unit and integration test frameworks such as JUnit •Experience providing mentorship and technical leadership for project and functional teams. Preferred qualifications: •Experience with Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, GIT •Experience in full life cycle iterative development; requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing and implementation. •Health care market knowledge and experience in the health care industry. •Experience with agile development. •Experience with any of the following: CRM, campaign management, digital marketing and personalization.
