*About the Team*



   - Enrollment and Billing Department – Market Facing Portfolio within TOS
   (Technical Operations Support.) Supports consumer direct, small-mid-sized
   groups, and large groups.
   - Team currently working on funded Corporate Initiatives
   - Planning to restructure entire invoicing platform for the CareFirst
   Consumer Direct unit. Eventually, all business units will be restructured.
   - This team also supports invoicing for all of CareFirst



*Project Scope & Responsibilities*



   - Project underway (pre-planning phase) to restructure entire invoicing
   platform for he Consumer Direct business unit. Eventually, all business
   units will be restructured.
   - The team is tasked with updating the entire infrastructure, including
   process and procedure, around the invoicing platform. This is a complete
   overhaul.
   - Part of the scope includes implementing controls for the invoice
   generation process, as well as end-to-end reporting for TOS and Consumer
   Direct stakeholders.
   - As far as technology choices, not one has been decided on, but If the
   technology is available at CareFirst, they are open to incorporating it in
   to the new platform.
   - This resource will be driving technical delivery, from planning, to
   execution, to deployment.
   - At times, will be working on PMO functions, such as project plan,
   schedule, budget, etc. That said, there will be a PMO team member assisting
   in this space.
   - Contribute towards executive level presentations



*Required Skills*

   - In-depth technical background, from a project management/delivery
   perspective. Experience in a role requiring end-to-end delivery of a
   technical project.
   - Understanding of PMO functions, such as budget, schedule, process, etc.
   - Strong communicator and relationship builder.
   - Technical knowledge of one or more of the following: Facets, Pega,
   AngularJS, Informatica, BI reporting.



*Preferred Skills*

   - Healthcare industry experience
   - Blue Cross Blue Shield experience
   - PMP certification



*Notes / Comments*

·         Hiring Manager stated that Informatica, AngularJS, BI reporting
tool is a very good fit. That said, any BI tool should suffice

·         Healthcare industry experience would take a back seat to the
technology experience unless both are applicable
