I am open on rate and local candidates will be highly preferred. HTML5 developer with application design and architecture experience necessary to assist in replatforming an Assessment application. The current application is written in Microsoft Silverlight, and the replacement will be written in HTML5. This is a web-based application with off-line capability implemented centrally and accessible via secure URLs.
