Support and maintain the Cisco Phone system Infrastructure at all 25
Monarch offices.

Expand the phone system to other remotely connected offices of Monarch

Implement a new Cisco Video conferencing solution for few conference rooms
at HQ.

Migrate the phone system to a SIP solution

Migrate the phone system from one Active Directory Domain to another.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be
detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily
basis)





•             Configures, tests, deploys, and maintains/upgrades unified
communications/telephony systems.

•             Performs adds/moves/changes and performs preventative
maintenance on telephony systems.

•             Proactively monitors and resolves potential service
interruptions.

•             Create SOP’s and Knowledge Base Articles for supported
systems.

•             Create and maintain end-user training materials and
documentation.

•             Design and implementation of telephony systems and changes
throughout the organization.

•             Project Manages and owns the success or failure of the
implementation of telephony systems.

•             Maintains telephone records and procedures and is the
responsible owner for such information/documentation.

•             Plans for and designs systems for future growth.

•             Perform software upgrades on existing Cisco voice deployments

•             Strong troubleshooting experience is a must

•             Conduct implementations, conversions, and upgrades in a
manner consistent with Standard Operating Procedures within company
maintenance windows; including change management procedures.

•             Performs after-hours Voice infrastructure installation, and
maintenance as required.

•             Regular and consistent onsite attendance
