ITIL Foundations certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory. Experience with HTML coding required Knowledge of Jelly script strongly preferred Experience with Service Portal preferred. Experience integrating Twilio, Bomgar, Jira, WorkDay preferred.
