*Local candidates ONLY.* *Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Developer* *Location: Manhattan, NY* *Duration: 12+ months.* *Position* We require a technically hands-on member to work closely on a focused development team, configuring / customizing / supporting the Firm’s CRM built on Microsoft Dynamics Online (2016). The role will require full participation through the entire product cycle from requirements definition to user interface design, customizations vs native functionality, security, communications, unit testing, and performance testing. This role will require frequent collaboration with other teams, local and remote, and working closely with other key team members (managers, developers and business analysts, testing, and our clients). Your previous experience will be used to assist, guide, support and technical advice wherever necessary, through the end-to-end delivery of solutions. More specifically, there will be an expectation for you to play a pivotal role in the implementation of the solution architecture, understanding and recognizing the impacts of the solution to other systems in a highly integrated environment, and ensure that the solution is light weight and completely secure. You are required to have exceptional communication skills and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals. *Main duties will include:* · Deliver projects and products using the appropriate project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), learning & iterating frequently · Work with the Manager and CRM Lead to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories · Contribute to the collaborative, dynamic planning process – assisting in prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team · Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production) · Extensive hands-on experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015/2016/Online/365 · Extensive hands-on experience of customizing/building plug-ins/apps in .NET 4.x / WCF / jQuery / JSON / HTML5 / Kendo / Google / Telerik · Provide support, guidance and technical advice whenever necessary · Be creative in providing new ideas and potential technical solutions to known business problems *The Candidate* You will be highly motivated and passionate about technology and its ability to solve business problems. You will have a minimum of 10 years commercial experience of development with web and CRM technologies. You will have a minimum of 5 years commercial experience of project execution with CRM implementation and delivery. In addition, you will have demonstrated a high level of skill and ability towards IT/software solutions architecture.
