*BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES:*

The IT Project Manager will provide management for a complex portfolio of
projects to execute AIP Publishing’s strategic goals on time and within
budget. Responsibilities include: partnering with leaders across the
company to prioritize, manage, and execute business/technology initiatives.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team
members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver
projects according to plan.  Be results driven with a focus on high quality
while being able to balance and address resource constraints.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·         Manage multiple, concurrent projects utilizing Waterfall and
Agile Methodology Frameworks.

·         Facilitate project review and escalation process interactions
between the business owners, product management, key stakeholders, and
leadership team

·         Work closely and collaboratively with Product Management and
Information Technology to ensure business requirements are satisfied with
on-time successful delivery.

·         Manage projects within established timeframes and budget.

·         Gather and document project requirements (technical, functional
and business) through direct interaction with stakeholders.

·         Ability to estimate resource needs, project hours/costs for
requirements, design, development, quality assurance, deployment and
infrastructure needs.

·         Prepare and maintain project schedules with all critical tasks
and related milestones, using approved methodologies and templates.

·         Identify, analyze and prioritize project risk and develop
response plans.

·         Coordinate the testing of new online products and services in
development.

·         Coordinate customer-acceptance testing, and schedule receipt of,
and response to, customer feedback.

·         Assist the implementation/operations staff in drafting user
documentation to accompany product release, and guide the implementation of
new features and functions and installation of end-user documentation.

·      Manage stakeholders proactively to offset scope creep and maintain
integrity of time budgets and schedules.

·      Serve as a liaison between IT Operations department, external
vendors and consultants

·         Provide regular verbal and/or written status reports.
