The qualified candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in three major areas, including: Salesforce.com Development, Java or C# Development, and Force.com or Java Certification. *Description:* The IT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Train is a grouping of agile teams who are responsible for enabling a 360-degree view of a customer during the entire customer journey. This will enable sales consultants to better engage and follow up with leads, provide streamlined customer issue resolution, and enhance CarMax’s loyalty program for our 150+ Store locations. As part of the CRM Train, Company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to work directly with a product manager and development team to design and develop tools for our store associates. This position relies on you to bring your innovative spirit to add and enhance new features on our Salesforce platform.
