*Quality Assurance Developer (1 opening)*
o *Required*:
o *1-2 years Advanced SQL – this includes table joins and knowing how to
verify data from GUI to backend. *
i. *Please
list in the summary the length of the experience, what it was used for, %
this task was in regards to their job duties and at which companies it was
utilized. *
o *2+ years’ experience performing data quality assurance. *
o Prior experience on a significant data migration project – e.g.
migrating data from one system to another. Using SQL to verify data
mappings and transformations from the source to target systems.
i. *Please
list in the summary at which company, duration of project and highlight
their responsibilities.*
· *Strong communication skills.* Able to clearly and quickly
articulate their thoughts, able to work independently and draw from prior
experience, able to make independent and logical decisions. Able to work
well in close working conditions (scrum setting). Able to work well under
tight timelines.
· *Given the close working quarters and pending go live date (few
months) we need someone who is experienced working well under pressure and
in an environment where co-workers are in very close proximity with little
to no privacy (desk spaces do not have separating walls). Positivity is
key and a trait we will be looking for during our interviews. *
· *Only if someone demonstrates these qualities will they be
selected, it is best this is determined through the initial phone screen if
possible. *
- *Please note their demonstrated verbal communication abilities
from your phone screen. *
- *If they have demonstrated experience working on high-profile
projects where key project milestones were pending with an expected go live
date that was inflexible and upcoming - that would be a great item to
highlight in the candidate notes. If this is experience was while they were
working on a small team of QA Developers (under 4-5) also a great item to
highlight. *
- * Please confirm you have described the work space accurately as
we do not want it to be a surprise for anyone joining our team. *
*1. **Preferred:*
· QA experience performing testing of a web ecommerce application
(testing User Registration, Business Rules surrounding what the user has
access to, User Account management, then manually testing any shopping cart
functionality and the financial transactions that apply thereafter.

companies it was utilized. *
· Experience in Agile development
· Automation and manual experience at an e-commerce company working
in Java C# and Selenium Web Driver.
